Post Surgical Rehabilitation

PhysiotherapyOur West London Physiotherapists are experts in post surgical rehabilitation. And our Physiotherapists are some of the best! All of the Physiotherapists at West London Physio have years of experience helping patients recover following all types of surgery. Because surgical advances are always being made, we regularly meet with surgeons to ensure we are at the forefront of providing the best rehab. In fact we will often go to surgery with our patients to ensure we know exactly what has been done, and how best to rehabilitate them following.

Rehabilitation is different for each surgery, but will usually involve a graduated strengthening program and specific hands-on techniques to restore correct joint mobility and muscle flexibility. We have a fully equipped rehabilitation gym and state of the art equipment to ensure that you return to pain free function as quickly as possible.

Here is a list of the type of surgery we regularly see. It is not exhaustive, so if you’d like to know if we can rehabilitate you from your specific surgery or you’d like to know the specifics of your rehab, just complete the Ask a Physio box and we’ll get back to you on the same day.
