I gave a rating of (9) for my overall experience at West London Physio because there is just one drawback – being that the toilet facilities are upstairs and there is no Lift. It is a struggle going upstairs with severe pain on the knee.Apart from this, thanks West London Physio for your help to ease my knee pain.
