If you’re struggling with muscle tension, stiffness, or everyday aches and pains, Harriet can help. As a Soft Tissue Therapist (and a qualified physiotherapist), she specialises in hands-on massage techniques that relieve tight muscles, improve mobility, and aid recovery.

Harriet graduated with First Class Honours in Physiotherapy and currently also works in acute care at The Royal Free Hospital within the NHS. Her experience in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, neurology, ICU, and elderly care has given her a deep understanding of how the body moves and heals. She combines this clinical knowledge with expert soft tissue and massage therapy to help patients feel and function at their best.

Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing stress-related tension, or simply looking to move more freely, Harriet can help.

Outside of work, Harriet is a keen exerciser, having played hockey for over a decade as a goalkeeper and now enjoying running, hiking, and triathlons. She understands the importance of keeping the body in peak condition – whether for sport, work, or daily life – and loves helping her patients move freely and pain free again.
