Clinical Experience:
Alessandro is a highly skilled Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapist with a passion for helping patients recover from injuries and lead an active lifestyle. With extensive clinical experience both in Italy and the UK, he combines advanced manual therapy techniques with personalised exercise prescription.
With nearly 10 years of clinical experience, he has developed expertise in treating complex and persistent pain, with a focus on shoulder injuries, spinal pain, tendon rehabilitation, and post-surgical recovery, particularly ACL reconstruction and knee rehabilitation. He goes beyond symptom management to address the underlying causes of injury, guiding patients to long-term physical health.
Having skied from a very young age, Alessandro is particularly passionate about helping patients recover from ski injuries, whether it’s a minor sprain or more complex upper and lower limb injuries. He works closely with surgeons to ensure a smooth recovery and a safe return to the slopes.
He is also a keen runner and enjoys supporting patients preparing for long-distance races. He understands the frustration of injury recovery and is committed to helping patients safely reach the starting line of their race, while minimising downtime as much as possible.
Alessandro is a strong advocate for using exercise as a means to healthy ageing. In addition to his work treating pain and injury, you’ll also find him working alongside some of our patients, to help maximise their physical health.
Alessandro is fluent English and Italian.

When not in the clinic, you will usually find Alessandro running or cycling around Richmond Park, all to justify visiting the local bakeries for the best cinnamon bun.
In a week, I generally do two sessions of resistance training, around 30km running, and one or two games of football. During better weather, you will often spot me commuting to the clinic on my loyal foldable bike.
There is nothing better than skiing or hiking in the Dolomites, near where I grew up. It has something for everybody.
I make the ultimate Bolognese sauce. No joking! It has been a family recipe for three generations now. Yet to be defeated!
