Clinical Experience:

Based in South Kensington, London, I work with people of all ages — from everyday gym-goers, and those who prefer not to set foot in a gym, to competitive athletes — to support recovery and long-term performance.

I joined West London Physiotherapy after working in one of Brisbane’s leading musculoskeletal and sports injury practices, where I gained experience in managing acute injuries, long-standing pain, and post-operative rehabilitation. My background also includes high-level sport, having served as Head Physiotherapist for Brisbane City Football Club and Northside Wizards Basketball Club, where I developed a strong focus on performance-based rehab and injury prevention.

My approach: patient-centred and hands-on, combining skilled manual therapy with progressive, tailored rehabilitation programmes that fit into your lifestyle. My aim is not only to relieve pain but to give you the knowledge and tools to stay active, resilient, and injury-free in the long term.

Outside the clinic, I enjoy playing golf, training in the gym, travelling, and following a wide range of sports.

Q&A

What do you do for exercise?

I like to keep a good balance in my training. Most weeks I’ll get into the gym for resistance training, play a round of golf when I can, and fit in some running or cycling. I mix things up depending on the season or my schedule — the main goal is to stay fit, healthy, and ready for whatever comes next.

What sports do you play or follow ?

I'm a pretty big fan of a wide range of sport. I follow cricket and rugby union around the world as well as rugby league and aussie rules football at home. I have retired from playing cricket and rugby but I love my golf and try to get out on the course most weeks.

Where is your favourite holiday destination and why?

Either Tasmania or the French Alps - Tasmania for the quiet, golf courses and wineries. Alps for the hikes and skiing.
