Rebecca arrived from Australia over 10 years ago, and has been with us ever since! As our clinic Practice Manager, Rebecca is the person who ensures the clinic runs smoothly. With a commitment to providing great care and service to our patients, she calmly handles all administrative and account matters, from appointment scheduling and insurer liaisons through to the management of our fantastic admin team. Her expertise in coordinating our clinic operations ensures that both our clinicians and patients experience a hassle-free environment.

Beyond the nuts and bolts of administration, Rebecca’s role includes nurturing our team’s ethos and culture. Her guidance and famous checklists help ensure our clinicians are able to focus on patient care. With her welcoming demeanour and professionalism, Rebecca ensures every patient feels valued and heard from the moment they arrive.

Passionate, dedicated and driven, Rebecca not only maintains the operational backbone of our clinic but also fosters an environment where team camaraderie thrives, making West London Physio the gold standard in patient-centred care.

Embracing the ethos of West London Physio, outside of work Rebecca spends much of her time keeping active with dance, gym or running.
